The Tesla owner denied having an affair with the actress while she was married to the Hollywood actor and offered his thoughts on the former couple’s legal battle.
Elon Musk mockingly challenged the Hollywood actor to a brawl and denied having an affair with Amber Heard behind Johnny Depp’s back. Regarding the allegations made during Depp’s blockbuster defamation trial against the UK newspaper The Sun, the Tesla CEO told the New York Times, “I was definitely not having an affair with Amber while she was married to Johnny, this is totally false.”
When asked if it was true that he had a threesome with Heard, 34, and model Cara Delevingne, 27, at Depp’s penthouse in Los Angeles, Musk, 49, a father of six, laughed. “We weren’t a trio. He told the publication, “I think people think these things are generally more salacious than they are.”
During an hour-long phone chat, Musk insisted that he only began dating the actress after she broke up with Depp and said it was time for the ex-couple to “bury the hatchet and move on.”
When asked by the newspaper about the accusations in London court that Depp called him a “mollusk,” Musk, who Forbes estimates is worth $66 billion, laughed once more.
After learning of his wife’s alleged affair with him, the actor also allegedly threatened to amputate his penis. The Tesla CEO replied, “If Johnny wants a cage fight, let me know,” in response to questions about purported menacing texts the Pirates of the Caribbean star had sent him.
The magnate said, “I hope (Depp) recovers from this situation.”
During his marriage to the actress, Johnny Depp was certain that Elon Musk and Amber Heard began dating.
Heard, 34, denied having an affair with Musk or with someone else while she was married to Depp while appearing in London’s High Court on behalf of The Sun newspaper, whose publisher, News Group Newspapers, is being sued by her ex-husband for defamation in a 2018 article that referred to him as a “wife beater.”
According to the actress, Depp, 57, slapped her, kicked her, and struck her on the head during violent episodes of jealousy triggered by her heavy drug and alcohol use. He also allegedly threatened to ππΎππ her at least 14 times.
Depp argues that Heard’s claims are a fake and denies ever hurting her.

According to Heard’s witness statement, Depp grew violent after accusing her of having affairs with other co-stars, which fueled his jealously.
The court heard allegations that in May 2016, after Depp had a violent outburst in which he struck her and trashed her apartment in Los Angeles, Heard had texted Musk.
Hours after a fight with Depp on May 21, 2016, Depp’s attorney received a number of texts sent between Heard and Musk. In one, Musk says, “Sorry for being a fool,” and in another, he offers her his own security detail. The quiet on the radio was painful. The only reason it counts is that I really like you.
According to the exchange of communications between Musk and Heard that was shown in a British court last Tuesday, Musk claimed that his feelings were “hurt” when she stopped communicating with him during her marriage to Depp.
