Jenna Dewan’s fiancé, Steve Kazee, shares cryptic post after Tatum-Kravitz split goes public

Steve Kazee, the Tony Award winner and current partner of Channing Tatum’s ex-wife Jenna Dewan, stirred up some controversy on social media with his most recent Instagram Story.

The 49-year-old Broadway performer posted a repeating “HAHA” on October 29 that almost filled the screen. Although he provided no explanation for his laughter, many fans were eager to make assumptions.

That’s because Kazee shared the story shortly after Tatum’s purported breakup with Zoë Kravitz became well known.

The breakup, which apparently occurred last weekend, was initially reported by People on October 29. Several people close to the couple claim that they “haven’t been on the same page and grew apart.”

Following their meeting on the shooting of her directing debut, “Blink Twice,” Tatum and Kravitz began dating in 2021. After two years of dating, they declared their engagement in 2023.

In the meantime, Kazee and Dewan began dating in 2018, not long after she and Tatum parted ways. Callum Michael Rebel Kazee, the couple’s kid, was born a month after they got engaged in 2020.

Earlier this year, they welcomed Rhiannon Lee Kathryn Kazee, a daughter, as their second child.

Kazee explains the significance of the widely shared post.

Fans were dubious about Kazee’s mysterious post’s timeliness, but the “Once” star took to social media again on Wednesday to address their concerns.

He reportedly referred to a humorous video he posted soon after the “HAHA” post when he commented in his Instagram story, “A guy can’t laugh about a houseplant Tik Tok in todays world I see.”

“The houseplant in my kitchen watching me put water in the coffee maker” was written over a dying plant in the footage.

After that, he shared a picture of his own withering houseplant. You see? He wrote, “It’s funny because it’s relatable,” before advising his detractors to “get a life.”

He showed a close-up of one of his dying houseplants, which was situated directly next to a water filter, in a different video.

A month after Tatum and Dewan’s divorce was finalized, the crypto post was made.

In 2006, Tatum and Dewan first crossed paths while working on the movie “Step Up.” Soon after, they began dating, and on July 11, 2009, they were married in Malibu, California.

Everly, their daughter, was born in 2013, but the couple parted ways in 2018. Later that year, Dewan filed for divorce, and in November 2019, the two were officially listed as unmarried.

However, it wasn’t until last month, six years after the fact, that the divorce was officially formalized.

On September 25, the divorce settlement was originally reported by the Daily Mail. Later following day, People confirmed it.

The report claims that a “clash over the profits connected to the Magic Mike franchise” was the main cause of the delay.
