Chloë Grace Moretz makes her sexual orientation public in an emotional message supporting Kamala Harris.

Chloë Grace Moretz, a well-known actress, came out as homosexual in public while supporting Kamala Harris in the 2024 U.S. presidential election.

In an emotional Instagram post, Moretz, a longtime supporter of LGBTQ+ rights, formally disclosed her sexual orientation.

The Kick-Ass star showed off a “I voted early” sticker attached to her trousers in her most recent photo, demonstrating her support for Harris.

She cited LGBTQ+ protections and women’s rights as the reasons she supports Kamala Harris and exhorts her followers to do the same.

“I voted early and I voted for Kamala Harris,” she wrote. This election has a lot on the line. As a woman, I feel that the government has no authority over my body and that only my doctor and I should make decisions regarding it. For us, Kamala Harris will guard that.

“As a gay woman, I think there should be legal protections for the LGBTQ+ community,” she continued. We must be protected in this nation and be able to get the care we are entitled to.

 

 

“So… Are you casting your ballot early?

Prior to 2018, she had kept her sexual orientation a secret, while being romantically associated with model Kate Harrison.

Moretz has long been an advocate for LGBTQ+ rights; she has frequently discussed the significance of representation and legal safeguards for the community.

The Miseducation of Cameron Post, an independent drama that followed a young lady who was compelled to endure lesbian conversion therapy, starring Moretz in 2018.

At the time, Moretz told The Independent,

“I don’t consider myself to be anything, including a gay. We are being labeled as all of these social forces.

“As humans, we all strive to be the best versions of ourselves and be with the people we fall in love with.”

“But don’t assume people’s sexualities,” she continued. Additionally, avoid imposing your problems on others. Why don’t we allow individuals to be who they choose to be?
