Secret files Donald Trump promised he would release if he became president again

Days before he was re-elected to the White House, President-elect Donald Trump made a pledge to make confidential US government papers public.

Trump, 78, will return to Washington, DC, after he easily defeated Vice President Kamala Harris in the 2024 US presidential election, which had been described as too close to call.

It became clear within hours of the polls closing that Harris had not been able to mobilize the necessary number of voters to advance from the vice presidency to the presidency.

In contrast, Trump is expected to win the popular vote, becoming the first Republican to do so since George W. Bush in 2004.

In an attempt to persuade swing voters who were still on the fence, Trump, like Harris, met with a variety of traditional and new format news outlets prior to the election.

Trump sat down with MMA icon and top podcaster in America, Joe Rogan, for a three-hour unscripted conversation on The Joe Rogan Experience.

During this conversation, the politician promised to finally make public “secret” government documents pertaining to two subjects of great public interest.

Trump told Rogan that he would open classified government documents about the 1963 assassination of John F. Kennedy.

One of the most significant incidents in contemporary history is the assassination of JFK during a daylight ride through Dallas, Texas, which has given rise to a plethora of conspiracy theories throughout the years. Everyone is familiar with the grassy knoll.

“I did partially open,” Trump said to Rogan. I believe I’ve opened fifty percent, but I was asked not to, and I felt it was a fair request.

“But now I’m going to do it I’m going to do it very soon there’s a lot of interest in it.”

Trump claimed that when it comes to publishing confidential records, “you tend not to do it” because the case materials involve individuals who are still alive.

It fulfills a pledge he made to JFK’s nephew, Robert F. Kennedy Jr., a presidential contender known as RFK Jr. Senator Bobby Kennedy, the father of RFK Jr., was also slain in 1968 during the first part of the presidential campaign.

With RFK Jr suspending his campaign and supporting Trump – an endorsement that saw the Kennedy family issue a statement against the move – Trump publicly promised to release thousands of documents linked to his uncle’s murder.

In addition, Trump mentioned the release of additional government data as well as alien life and unidentified flying objects (UFOs).

“There is a lot of interest in the people coming from space,” the president-elect stated. And I am aware that you are curious about that.

“I’ve never been into it. I must tell the truth. I’ve never been religious.

“I interviewed jet pilots that were solid people, perfect – great pilots, great everything,” he said, acknowledging that he had spoken to numerous pilots who had caused him to question things. “We saw things, sir, that were very strange,” they continued. It was a circular ball, but neither a meteor nor a comet.

It was traveling at a speed of four times that of an F222, which is a really fast aircraft, you know. Additionally, it was circular, which isn’t a very good form in theory.

We can only watch and wait to see if Trump will fulfill his pledges on both fronts now that he has regained power.
